What's included?
We will provide you with a detailed quote for your selected outdoor structure. This will include:

If necessary, we'll also help you navigate the permitting process for your area. Some locations may require a permit for installation, and we will provide you with the documentation and drawings needed to obtain it, though securing the permit is the customer's responsibility.
What's Not included?
While we provide everything you need for the design and installation of your outdoor shade structures, it's important to note that customers are generally responsible for preparing the foundation. Many of our customers will need to hire a concrete professional to pour the foundation before installation.
Delivery + Installation
The installation process can begin once the quote is accepted and a deposit is received.
What happens after you confirm your order?
- Confirmation Email: Once your deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Operations Call: Within 24-48 hours, our operations department will contact you to schedule a call. This ensures all details are finalized and everyone is aligned on the project.
- Scheduling Installation: Approximately four weeks before your project is completed, our team will contact you with an estimated shipping/installation date.
Installation day
Most of our outdoor structures are installed in a single day, with the entire process typically taking anywhere from 6 to 8 hours.
- No Heavy Equipment: We avoid using large machinery, so you won't have to worry about your yard being disturbed.
- A Clean Finish: Once the job is complete, we'll clean up the area and remove any debris.
After installation
Upon completion, your new outdoor structure will come with a 10-year factory warranty.
