Do I need a permit?
Permitting varies on your location. It is the consumer's responsibility to obtain permits if necessary. We can help by providing the documents needed for permitting purposes.
Where are you located?
The factories we work with are in the heart of Amish Country in Lancaster County, PA.
Do I need a foundation?
Yes. A concrete slab and or footers are the most common foundation. We can also install on decks that have deck blocking, and a gravel pad if your structure includes a floor!
Do you install the foundation?
No, we only provide the structures, but we can work directly with your contractor to make sure your project is a success.

Absolutely, whether you're a contractor or a homeowner who hired a contractor, we're ready to meet your needs!
How long will this thing last?
The structures come with a 10 year warranty but are made to survive outside for decades!

Absolutely! Send us your drawings or photos of inspiration and we can help you create the backyard of your dreams!
What kind of resources do you provide?
We have engineered drawings available to help guide your concrete contractor on proper foundation. We also can provide drawings in order to help you obtain a permit. We have step by step assembly manuals with photos and instructions. We also have size guides to help you determine the perfect size for your space!
